基于响应面法的DP800高强钢冲压回弹工艺参数优化

以U型零件为研究对象,依据中心组合试验设计方法进行试验,对U型零件冲压进行数值模拟,获得不同工艺参数下的回弹量。基于响应面法获得不同工艺参数影响下U型件的回弹量的响应模型,研究了摩擦系数、压边力以及板料厚度对DP800先进高强钢冲压回弹量的影响规律,并对各个回弹参数的响应模型进行了优化。多目标优化结果表明:对于DP800先进高强钢,采用NUMISHEET93标准考题的U型件模型,在摩擦系数为0.2、压边力为100 kN左右、板料厚度为2 mm时,或者摩擦系数为0.1、压边力为20 kN、板料厚度为2 mm时,可以达到最小回弹量。

Taking the U-shaped part as object and according to central composite experimental design method, U-shaped part stamping process was simulated, and its springback data under different stamping technological parameters were studied. Based on the response surface method, the springback response models of DP800 U-shaped part under different parameters were established, the influences of friction coefficient, blank holder force and sheet thickness on springback of DP800 during stamping were researched,and the response models of the springback parameters were optimized. The multi-objective optimization results show that the minimum springback can be obtained by the U-shaped model of NUMISHEET93 standard examination questions for DP800 with the friction coefficient 0.2, the blank holder force 100 kN, sheet thickness 2 mm, or friction coefficient 0.1, blank holder force 20 kN, sheet thickness 2 mm.
