首钢590 MPa级高疲劳寿命轮辐用钢的研制

摘要:

首钢微合金轮辐用钢S590D研制过程中采用了3种工艺制度,并在各种工艺制度下对力学性能、组织和平板疲劳性能进行了分析。抗拉强度590 MPa级工业生产用钢具有优良的断后伸长率,冷弯性能合格,满足轮辐用钢的加工要求;对3种工艺制度下的平板进行了高周疲劳寿命测试并绘制S-N曲线,同时对车轮弯曲疲劳寿命进行了跟踪,结果表明,比例更高的均匀等轴铁素体组织类型有利于获得理想的疲劳性能,并提出平板高周疲劳寿命S-N曲线与实际车轮疲劳寿命测试结果具有一定的密切相关性。
 

Three kinds of processes were adopted to produce the wheel disks of micro-alloyed S590D steel. Their mechanical properties, microstructure and fatigue performance were analyzed respectively. The trial-produced steel with a tensile strength of 590 MPa is of good elongation rate and bending performance, which meets the manufacturing requirement of wheel disk. High-cycle fatigue life of sheet metal with three kinds of processes was tested and the S-N curves were depicted respectively. The bending fatigue life of the wheel disk was traced at the same time. The results show that equiaxed ferrite with a higher proportion of well-distributed is benefical to attain  idealistic fatigue property for steel. A close correlation between S-N curve of high-cycle fatigue life and the test fatigue life for wheel risk is also put forward.
