复杂空间曲面薄板成形模面快速设计方法

摘要:
为减少复杂空间曲面薄板成形模具研制周期,提高设计成功率,提出一种基于体变形法的复杂空间曲面薄板冲压模面的快速设计方法。首先采用有限元法模拟以理想产品曲面为模面的板料冲压成形过程,得到冲压板料节点的位移向量和内力。然后用前向回弹法迭代求解得到补偿模面,其中每个迭代步都涉及到点到面的重构过程,引进体变形算法加快模面重构速度和提高模面重构质量。最后通过混凝土搅拌车螺旋叶片实验验证本文算法的有效性。分析试验结果得到:使用体变形算法后三块叶片的平均计算时间减少26.1%,表明体变形算法加快了计算速度;回弹补偿后三块叶片的平均回弹偏差减少85.1%,表明本文算法回弹补偿效果明显。
In order to reduce development cycle of forming die for sheet metal with complex space and curved surface, and improve the success rate of design, a rapid design method for stamping die surface of sheet metal with complex space and curved surface based on the volume morphing method was put forward. First, stamping process of sheet metal whose tool surface was the ideal product surface was simulated by using finite element method, and the displacement vectors and the internal forces of sheet metal nodes were achieved. Then, the compensatory tool surface was obtained iteratively by the spring-forward method, and each iteration step went through the reconstruction process from point to surface, therefore the reconstruction speed of tool surface was speeded up by introducing the volume morphing method and the quality of surface after reconstruction was improved. At last, the effectiveness of the algorithm was validated through experiment of spiral vanes in concrete mixer truck. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the average computation time of the three vanes is reduced by 26.1% using the volume morphing method, and the calculation speed increases obviously. The average springback deviation of the three vanes after springback compensation is reduced by 85.1%, and it is showed that the springback compensation effect is obvious.
