一种基于冲压模具的制件防呆装置设计

设计了一种用于冲压生产的制件防呆装置,该装置通过使用红外线反射光纤传感器,在不直接接触制件的情况下,利用冲压制件正放和反放时孔的位置不同或制件正反表面粗糙度的不同而产生对红外光反射强度的差异,得到不同的光信号反馈值来控制冲床的运行与否,并以此来判断制件是否放反。该制件防呆装置适用性强,装配简单、操作方便,基本解决了传统防呆装置的设计困难、操作不便与制件接触时导致制件变形、划伤等缺陷。在冲压模具中使用该装置后未出现因制件放反而产生的废品,生产效率提高了15%左右。

A mistake-proof device on stamping die was designed. Without contacting the workpiece, it obtained different values of light signal feedback to control the press running and further to confirm the correct location of the workpiece from the different reflection intensities of infrared lights by the infrared ray reflective fiber-optic sensor and the different positions of the holes or the different roughness between the front and back surfaces. This device is of strong adaptability, simple assembly and easy operation. The design problems of the traditional mistake-proof device, such as complex operation, defects resulting from deformation and scratched surface contacting with the workpiece were solved. After the mistake-proof device being applied in stamping die, waste product was disappeared,and production efficiency was increased by about 15 percent.
