摘要:

采用了带有集磁器结构的电磁脉冲装置对铝合金管与钢管的连接成形进行研究。采用数值模拟和实验相结合的方法探索了集磁器所开缝隙及其宽度对于磁场力分布的影响。对接头处外管均匀性和连接强度的研究结果表明:放电电压越大,接头处外管均匀性越好、连接强度越大;两连接管间间隙越大,接头处外管均匀性越差、连接强度先变大后变小。并应用整体均匀性判据方法获得了既满足均匀性要求又能达到一定连接强度的合理管件间间隙为1.5 mm。

The connection forming of aluminum tube with steel tube was studied by an electromagnetic pulse device with field shaper. The influences of the gap of field shaper and its width on magnetic force distribution were explored by combing numerical simulation with experiment method. The study results show that the large discharge voltage will benefit the uniformity of outer tube connection joint and connection joint strength. The study also shows that the big tube gap leads to poor uniformity of outer tube connection joint with the connection joint strength increasing first and then decreasing. A reasonable tube gap of 1.5 mm, which is satisfied with the requirement of uniformity and certain connection strength, is obtained by the overall uniformity criterion method.
