基于Dynaform的叉车轮毂冲压工艺方案改进设计研究

摘要:

为了减少叉车轮毂的冲压加工工序,尽可能降低生产成本,提出了冲压加工工艺改进措施——在轮毂底部Ф130.5 mm孔的位置上,预冲变形减轻孔Ф80 mm,达到减少一次拉深工序的目的。论证了通过预冲变形减轻孔可以改变圆筒底部受力状态,从而使筒底部金属向筒壁流动,进而增加圆筒高度,减少拉深工序。并应用板料冲压仿真软件Dynaform进行模拟分析验证,结果表明,成形零件未发生起皱和破裂缺陷。同时,生产试验表明,采用改进的冲压工艺可以生产出质量合格的叉车轮毂零件。

In order to reduce the stamping steps and production costs of the forklift wheel hub as much as possible, the improving method of the stamping process was put forward. It was a simplified drawing process with a pre-punching lightening hole of deformation Ф80 mm at the position of Ф130.5 mm on the wheel hub bottom. It was demonstrated that the stress state on the bottom of the cylinder was improved by pre-punching the lightening hole of deformation, which made the metal of the tube bottom flow to tube wall. Therefore the height of the cylinder was increased and the drawing process was reduced. The simulation analysis verification was realized by the sheet metal stamping simulation software Dynaform. The results show that shaped parts are obtained without wrinkling and cracking. At the same time, it is experimental that the improved stamping process can produce the qualified forklift wheel hubs.
