同接触分析方法对计算精度影响的MARC有限元分析

基于商用分析软件MARC,建立了内部受静压力的两层圆形钢筒有限元模型,研究了不同接触分析方法对计算精度的影响规律。结果表明:两接触体的单元密度一致时,解析分析法和离散分析法均可以有效地进行接触分析,达到求解所需的计算精度;在接触体表面密度不一致情况下,解析分析法可以消除离散分析法边界描述不精确导致的误差,提高计算精度。在此基础上,开展了某模锻压机液压缸在液压力作用下球面垫的应力分析,证明了解析分析方法的使用可以有效地提高计算精度,研究工作为解决两接触体因尺寸差异大,难以保证网格划分一致时的接触分析提供了一种有效的求解方法。

An FEM model of two-layer steel cylinder with internal hydraulic pressure was established, and the influences of different contact analysis methods on the calculation precision were analyzed systematically by MARC software. Based on the results, it can be concluded that both the discrete and analytical methods in MARC software can be effectively used in contact analysis and the calculation precision can be reached when the mesh density of two contact bodies are in consistent during the numerical simulation. The error of boundary inaccurate description can be eliminated and the calculation precision can be improved by analytical method when subjected to inconsistent mesh density. Based on above analysis, the stress distribution in the spherical backing of a hydraulic cylinder of some forging press was calculated, which proved that analytical method could be used to improve calculation precision. Research work provides an effective method to carry out contact analysis when the mesh density is not inconsistent for the existence of great structure difference between two bodies.
