伺服控制条件下板料拉深性能的研究

摘要:
以伺服控制下的板料拉深成形为切入点,开展了速度模式、振荡模式和间歇模式3种典型伺服控制滑块运动模式下的拉深性能研究,给出了各种滑块运动模式对板料拉深成形质量与成形极限的影响。相比于匀速加载,3种滑块运动模式所成形的试样拉深极限高度均有所提高。间歇模式对于杯形件拉深成形改善效果最优,相比匀速加载极限高度提高了10.9%,且间歇时间的适当延长和次数的增多有利于提高材料的塑性变形能力;其次是振荡模式,比匀速成形后的试样极限高度提高了7.5%;最后是速度模式,试样极限高度提高了7.1%。 
It was studied the sheet metal drawing performance under three typical servo controlled slide motion modes: speed motion mode, oscillation motion mode and intermittent motion mode, and the influences of various motion modes on forming quality and forming limit were given. Compared with the uniform speed motion, the drawing limit heights of the specimens under the above three slide motion modes were all improved. Among them the intermittent motion mode performed the best with an increase of 10.9% of the drawing limit height, and the plasticity of the material could be further improved by the prolonged intermittent time and increased frequencies. Followed by the oscillation motion mode increased by 7.5%, as a result, the speed motion mode increased by 7.1%.
