电机盖连续拉深模设计

摘要:

采用连续拉深模设计技术是实现自动化生产的一种行之有效的加工方法,可以极大地提高制件精度和生产率。通过对电机盖的结构特点及冲压工艺特性进行分析,论述了在连续拉深模中的三种载体结构特点,三种载体结构为:(1)无工艺切口整料拉深;(2)带半双月形切口拉深;(3)带工艺伸缩带切口拉深。最终选择双侧载体的带工艺伸缩带切口拉深作为载体结构,并进行排样设计和模具结构设计。采用所设计的模具结构,结合滚动式自动送料机构进行电机盖的自动化冲压成形实验,实验结果表明,采用该自动化生产线所生产的电机盖冲压件的质量合格,满足设计要求。

The technology of the progressive drawing die design is a kind of effective method to realize the automation of the production processing, and can greatly improve the parts precision and productivity. Through analyzing the structure features and the stamping process characteristics of the motor cover, three kinds of carrier structure characteristics in the progressive drawing die were discussed, which were that (1) drawing without process incision; (2) drawing with half-moon double incision; (3) drawing with telescopic belt incision. Finally, the bilateral carrier drawn with telescopic belt incision as carrier structure was chosen, and designs of layout and die structure were carried out. Applying the structure of die design and combining with rolling automatic conveying, the automated stamping experiment of motor cover was done, the experimental results show that a qualified motor cover can be realized by adopting the automatic production line, which mhich meets the design requirements.
