插座外壳多工位级进模设计

摘要:

对外形尺寸为83.2 mm×14 mm×10.7 mm,料厚为0.3 mm的插座外壳的使用功能和冲压工艺进行了分析,设计了2种插座外壳级进模的排样设计方案,经比较选择了合理的排样方案,在该排样方案基础上设计了一副外形尺寸为690 mm×385 mm、闭合高为220 mm的多工位级进模,并介绍了模具的整体结构、导正销与侧刃、凸模结构设计。该模具采用中间载体的排样工艺,提高了材料利用率,简化了模具结构,特别在制件的六处卡口处采用压三角线的工艺,能很好地解决90°弯曲的凹模镶件避让后导致塌角大而无法与注塑件装配的难题。实践证明,该模具结构紧凑,设计合理,生产出的制件质量好,满足了大批量生产的需求。

The stamping process and function of socket housing with external dimensions of 83.2 mm × 14 mm × 10.7 mm, material thickness of 0.3 mm were analyzed, and two kinds of layout design for socket housing progressive die were conducted. By comparison,a reasonable layout design was selected, and the multi-position progressive die with external dimensions of 690 mm × 385 mm, shut height of 220 mm was designed. Then the design of overall structure of the die, pilot pin and side edge, punch were introduced. The die with an intermediate vector nesting process can improve material utilization and simplify the structure. Especially,by the technology of pressing triangle line in six bayonets of parts, the difficulty in coming of 90 ° bend die insert that resulted in large sunk defects after preventing collision with the plastic parts was solved. Practice shows that the die has compact structure and reasonable design, therefore good quality parts are produced and the requirement of mass production is met.
