摆式剪切机动力学仿真分析

摘要:
摆式剪切机运行一段时间后,固定安装在摆架滑槽内侧的铜板会出现严重磨损,总磨损量达到3.04 mm,降低了薄板剪切精度和质量。针对此磨损问题,仿真了模拟摆架滑槽内铜板摩擦面之间的运行状况。在Solidworks软件中建立剪切机构的三维模型,并导入到ADAMS软件中进行动力学分析,查找磨损原因。研究结果表明,剪切机驱动运行的升降速阶段,摆架滑槽内的铜板与上刀台相对撞击运动,致使铜板磨损,且前侧比后侧磨损量多1.96 mm,通过比较,提出采用改变偏心曲轴转向的方法来调整铜板磨损量。
It was detected that the copper installed in pendulum slot shear occurred serious wear after working for a period of time, and the total wear loss reached 3.04 mm, which seriously reduced the precision and quality of the shear. In view of the copper plate wear problem, the operation between the chute friction surfaces of copper plate installed in pendulum slot was numerically simulated. Three-dimensional model of the shearing mechanism was established by Solidworks software, and it was imported into software ADAMS for dynamic analysis to find the reason of the wear. The result shows that during the lifting or declining speed period of the shearing driven operation, the relative moving between the copper plate and the table of top knife in pendulum slot leads to the wear of the copper plate, and the wear volume of the front side is 1.96 mm thicker than that of the rear side. Therefore, the method of changing the eccentric crankshaft steering is proposed to adjust copper plate wear by comparative analysis.
