锻造温度及Zr元素含量对TA15棒材高温力学性能的影响

摘要:
研究了α+β两相区锻造温度及热处理温度对TA15钛合金大规格棒材高温力学性能的影响,以及Zr元素含量对TA15钛合金高温力学性能的影响。研究表明,两相区锻造温度较低时,棒材的初生α相含量比例较高,且棒材存在更明显的加工硬化效应,普通退火处理后棒材中的加工硬化效应仍存在,导致棒材具有较高的高温拉伸强度。棒材的加工硬化效应在后续两相区固溶热处理过程中逐步消失,此时Zr元素含量的差异导致棒材的高温力学性能不同,较高的Zr含量能够提高TA15合金的高温拉伸强度和持久及蠕变性能。
The influences of forging temperature and heat treatment temperature of α+β region as well as Zr percentage on thermal mechanical properties of titanium alloy TA15 were investigated. Research results show that when the forging temperature is lower, the proportion of primary α phase content in alloy TA15 bar is higher, and the work-hardening phenomena is obvious. Therefore, TA15 bar shows a higher thermal tensile strength due to existing work-hardening after ordinary annealed heat treatment. However, the work-hardening disappears gradually during solution heat treatment process of the α+β region, and the different percentage of Zr element results in the difference of thermal mechanical properties in TA15 bar. Further, a higher percentage of Zr element can increase its thermal tensile strength, and enhance its long-lasting and creep properties.
