冲压成形工艺的耐撞性研究

摘要:

零件冲压成形后其材料参数和几何尺寸会发生变化,这些参数的变化会直接影响碰撞仿真精度。以帽型梁为研究对象,将冲压效应中的厚度减薄、残余应力和等效塑性应变映射到碰撞分析模型中,研究了上述因素及回弹变形对碰撞分析的影响。结果表明:厚度减薄和等效塑性应变对峰值碰撞力和结构变形影响较大,残余应力和厚度减薄对结构吸能影响较大;回弹变形会导致峰值碰撞力和吸能都减小,冲压效应导致峰值碰撞力减小,吸能增大;同时考虑冲压效应和回弹变形与理想模型相比较,峰值碰撞力和吸能两者都相差10%以上。

After the parts were stamped, their material parameters and geometry sizes were changed, which directly affected the crash simulation accuracy. For hat section beam, the stamping effects on thickness thinning, residual stress and equivalent plastic strain were mapped to the collision analysis model, and influences of the above stamping effects and springback on collision analysis were studied. The results show that thickness thinning and equivalent plastic strain have great influences on the deformation and peak collision force, and residual stress and thickness thinning have great influences on energy absorption. The springback leads to less peak collision force and energy absorption, while, the stamping effect leads to less peak collision force and more energy absorption. Compared with the ideal model, the peak collision force and energy absorption reduce over 10% with the consideration of both stamping effect and springback.
