汽车左/右上角加强板的侧修边冲孔-分离模设计

摘要:

汽车左/右上角加强板的侧修边冲孔-分离模设计是成形汽车左/右上角加强板的关键,汽车左/右上角加强板的冲压成形建立在拉延模、侧边冲孔模基础上。根据该零件的结构形状特点进行侧修边冲孔-分离模具设计,在设计过程中,针对3个模具结构设计的重点问题进行了分析讨论与确定:(1)解决了模具定位困难,由于模具加工的部位主要集中在侧向位置,需要在此处单独设置定位装置;(2)解决了分模困难,由于需要侧向冲孔,在模具设计过程中,需要防止发生侧向干涉现象;(3)解决了侧向凸模的定位及行程难以控制,需单独设置侧向行程装置。生产实验表明,最终的模具设计可以保证产品质量,达到预期设计目的。

It is a key step to form the car left/right corner reinforcing plate of which the side trimming-punching-separation die design based on the drawing die and side punching die. The side trimming-punching-separation die was designed according to the structure characteristics of the above workpiece. During the process of die design, the three key issues of die structure design were discussed and identified: (1) The position of the die was determined. The positioning device was designed alone because the processing location of the die was mainly in the lateral position.  (2) The opening of the die was realized successfully. The lateral interference phenomenon was solved due to lateral punch in the die design. (3)The lateral punch position and stroke were controlled due to the design of stroke device. Production experiments show that the die design can guarantee product quality and reach the design goal.
