高强度钢汽车纵梁的冲压成形模拟和回弹补偿

以某汽车前纵梁中段加强板为例,针对高强度钢冲压成形中容易出现起皱和破裂的问题,借助有限元软件对零件进行冲压成形模拟,从而有效地避免成形缺陷的产生,降低模具开发风险。对高强度钢成形后回弹较大的情况,采用多次迭代回弹补偿方法对模具进行回弹补偿。回弹补偿中零件部分采用直接补偿,压料面采用固定补偿方式,零件和压料面之间的区域为过渡区域。采用该补偿方法得到的首次试模零件合格率为80.7%。模拟结果与实验结果吻合,表明所采用的回弹补偿方法是可靠的,可减少试模时间,缩短开发周期。
For the middle reinforce plate of automobile front rail with problems of wrinkling and fracture in the stamping forming of high strength steel part, the stamping process of the part was simulated by finite element method so as to avoid these defects and decrease the development risk of the die. The high strength steel part produced serious springback after deformation, so the multiple iterations springback compensation was applied to dies. Therefore, the part area was compensated directly, and the binder area was compensated by fixed compensation method, and the transition area between the part and binder was taken as a transitional region in the compensation process. The qualified rate of this part was 80.7% after compensation. The simulation results are in accordance with the experimental results, and it shows that the springback compensation method is feasible and can reduce the die tryout time and manufacture cycle.
