汽车顶盖拉延成形工艺模拟及质量控制

摘要:
为提高汽车顶盖拉延成形件质量,采用板料成形分析软件Dynaform对其成形过程进行有限元模拟仿真,研究了凸凹模间隙、摩擦系数、压边力及拉深筋条数对顶盖拉延成形质量的影响规律;通过CAE分析和正交试验相结合优化了该产品的成形工艺参数,确定了影响其拉延成形质量的关键因数值,减少了实际试模次数,提高了模具制造效率。通过试验对顶盖成形的关键因素进行验证。结果表明:顶盖CAE数值模拟分析能较好地预测其拉延成形缺陷,模拟情况和试验产品质量相符,误差都在允许范围之内,用模拟得到的工艺制备出了符合质量要求的零件。
In order to improve quality of car roof in the drawing process, the finite numerical simulation was carried out by sheet metal forming analysis software Dynaform. The influences of die clearance, friction coefficient, BHF and drawbead number on forming quality of car roof were studied. The forming process parameters of product were optimized by CAE analysis and orthogonal experiment, and the main factor values affecting drawing forming quality were determined. Therefore, the number of actual test was reduced, and the efficiency of the die manufacturing was improved. The results show that drawing defects are predicted by the numerical simulation analysis CAE, product quality of simulation and experimental is consistent, errors are within the acceptable range, and a qualified part is obtained by numerical simulated process.
