波纹板截面属性的计算方法

摘要:
对于波纹板截面属性,如截面面积和转动惯量等,美国钢铁协会都有相应的规范值,但针对不同波形的截面属性却没有给出相应的计算方法。以波高50 mm×波距150 mm的波纹板为基准,以材料力学为基础,列举两种实际波形的计算方法,利用CAD软件计算实际图形截面属性,并与规范值进行误差对比。研究结果表明,两种计算方法同规范值误差很小,但计算过于繁琐复杂,不建议使用。最后改进之前的计算方法,提出采用正弦和余弦波形的计算方法,计算结果同规范值误差较小,计算简单快捷准确。

The specification values about section properties of corrugated board such as sectional area and moment of inertia are confirmed by American Iron and Steel Institute, but the corresponding calculation methods have not been given under the different waveforms of section properties.Therefore,for a corrugated board with wave height 50 mm×wave pitch 150 mm, two calculated methods of the actual waveform were listed based on material mechanics. Furthermore, the cross section properties were calculated by CAD software and compared with their specification values respectively. The results show that their errors are very small, but the calculation is too complicated, so it is not recommended to use. Finally,the calculation method was improved, and the calculation methods of sine and cosine waves were proposed. Thus, there is less error, and its calculation process is faster and more accurate.
