直角弯头一模两件锻压成形

摘要:

对某直角弯头的锻压工艺进行改进,将传统的一模一件锻压改为一模两件锻压,对锻件排列方式、型槽间距、毛坯形状尺寸等进行了设计与计算。采用Deform-3D软件对一模两件锻压成形过程进行模拟仿真,对仿真中的模型构建、参数设置等做了说明,得到成形过程中的载荷-行程曲线和成形结束时的等效应力分布。模拟结果表明,产品在成形过程中能充满型腔,锻造成形过程合理。将仿真中的参数应用于生产实际,通过小批量试制生产,产品完全符合使用要求。实际生产证明:一模两件锻压的生产效率提高了5倍,模具的使用寿命提高近2倍,产品的生产成本节约了8230元/3000件。

The forging process of the right-angle elbow was improved by changing the traditional process of one piece in one module into the process of two pieces in one module, and the type of forging arrangement, groove spacing, shape and size of blank etc. were designed and calculated. Then, for two pieces in one module, the forging process was simulated by Deform-3D software, and the load-stroke curve in the process of forming and equivalent stress distribution in the end of forming were obtained by describing the construction of model and parameter settings in the simulation. The simulation results show that the product is full of cavity during the forming process, and the forging forming process is reasonable. The parameters in the simulation are applied to the production, and the products meet requirements completely through pilot production of a small batch. The actual production proves that the production efficiency for two pieces in one module is increased by five times, and the service life of mould is enhanced nearly two times. Thus, the production costs are saved by 8230 RMB for every 3000 pieces.
