轧机活套液压控制系统状态监测与故障诊断专家系统研究

摘要:

在轧钢生产线中,活套液压系统是较重要的一个环节,其故障会直接影响产品质量,导致经济损失。根据轧机活套液压系统故障具有隐蔽性、复杂性及难排除等特点,开发了基于Visual Basic 6.0软件的故障诊断专家系统。该专家系统采用正向推理方式,且其知识库和推理机是相互独立的,将专家系统与模糊判定理论相结合,对活套液压系统进行故障排除,提高了准确性。并根据系统提供的故障系数,可以实现优先顺序排除故障的功能,节约了时间。本专家系统具有操作简便、实用性强等特点,具有良好的人机交流界面。
 

In the rolled steel production line, the looper hydraulic system is a quite important part, and its failure will directly affect the quality of products and result in economic losses. Based on the hydraulic system failure of rolling mill looper having the characteristics of concealment, complexity and difficulty in exclusion, the fault diagnosis expert system was developed by Visual Basic 6.0 software. The expert diagnosis system adept the forward reasoning mechanism, and its knowledge base and reasoning machine were independent. Then, combining the expert system with the fuzzy set theory, the looper hydraulic system troubleshooting was carried out, and its accuracy was improved. Furthermore, according to the failure factors provided by the system, prioritize troubleshooting sequence can save time. The expert system is simple to handle with good practicability and good humanmachine interface.
