基于正交试验的不锈钢冲压模具磨损分析及优化

模具磨损是影响模具使用寿命的重要因素之一,将正交试验法与冲压数值模拟相结合,综合评估了不锈钢冲压模具的模具硬度、摩擦系数和冲压速度对冲压模具磨损的影响,并确定最优影响因素组合。以汽车消音器外壳冲压模具为例,建立了冲压件和模具的计算机辅助工程模型,分别运用正交试验及参数试验方法进行仿真计算方案的设计。通过正交试验分析,获得了各因素对模具磨损的影响按从大到小的顺序依次为模具硬度、摩擦系数、冲压速度;同时,通过极差、方差等分析,发现模具硬度和摩擦系数对模具的磨损有显著影响。由两种试验方法对比发现,正交试验获得的磨损量比参数试验获得的磨损量减少了61.4%,最优参数组合为模具硬度65 HRC、摩擦系数0.08、冲压速度200 mm·s-1,该优化组合为减少模具的磨损量提供了一种参考。

Die wear is one of the important factors affecting the service life of die. The influences of die hardness, friction coefficient and stamping speed of stainless steel stamping dies on stamping die wear were evaluated comprehensively by combining orthogonal test with numerical simulation, and the optimal combination of factors was determined. For the stamping die of automobile muffler shell, a computer aided engineering model of stamping parts and dies was established, and the design of simulation scheme was conducted by orthogonal test and parameter test respectively. Through the orthogonal test analysis, the influences of various factors on die wear were obtained in the order from big to small as follows die hardness, friction coefficient, stamping speed, and the die hardness and friction coefficient have a significant effect on die wear by the range analysis and variance analysis. Furthermore, comparing the parameter test with the orthogonal test, the amount of wear obtained by the orthogonal test is 61% lower than that obtained by the parameter test. The optimal combination is that die hardness of 65 HRC, friction coefficient of 0.08 and stamping speed of 200 mm·s-1 respectively. Thus, it provides a reference for reducing the die wear.
