钛合金型材精密挤压技术国内外研究现状

摘要:

钛合金挤压型材在航空航天等领域具有非常广阔的应用前景,然而其挤压过程由于容易出现粘模或扭曲等问题而异常困难。介绍了目前国内外钛合金挤压型材的市场供应情况,并分别从挤压工艺及参数的优化、润滑方式及润滑材料、微观组织与力学性能等方面综述了国内外钛合金型材挤压技术的研究现状,提出为保障我国自主航空航天飞行器的钛合金挤压型材供应,应分别从加强有限元数值模拟的应用、研制更好性能的钛合金型材挤压专用润滑材料、以及整合钛合金挤压型材应用的上下游开发大截面钛合金型材应用新领域等方面开展更加深入的产学研系统化研究工作。
 

Titanium alloy extrusion profiles have a very wide application prospect in aerospace field. However, the extrusion process is extremely difficult due to the problem of sticking to mold or distortion. Therefore, the market supply situation of titanium alloy extrusion profiles at home and abroad was introduced, and the research status of extrusion technology of titanium alloy profiles was reviewed from the aspects of extrusion process and parameter optimization, lubrication method and lubrication material, microstructure and mechanical properties. In order to ensure the supply of titanium alloy extrusion profiles for autonomous aerospace vehicle, efforts should focus on the production and research field systematically, such as the application of finite element numerical simulation, the development of better performance of dedicated lubrication materials for titanium alloy profile extrusion, as well as the integration of application of upstream and downstream for titanium alloy profiles to develop big cross section titanium alloy profile.
