铸锻复合成形6063铝合金的工艺优化

摘要:

采用不同的锻压力、启锻时间和保压时间进行了6063铝合金的铸锻复合成形,并进行了室温力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试和分析。结果表明,随锻压力从70 MPa增加到150 MPa、启锻时间从2 s增加到6 s、保压时间从5 s增加到35 s,试样的力学性能和耐磨损性能均先提升后下降。与70 MPa锻压力相比,采用130 MPa锻压力时合金的抗拉强度增大42 MPa、磨损体积减小18×10-3  mm3;与2 s启锻时间相比,采用6 s启锻时间时合金的抗拉强度增大17 MPa,磨损体积减小7×10-3 mm3;与5 s 保压时间相比,采用25 s保压时间时合金的抗拉强度增大29 MPa,磨损体积减小13×10-3 mm3。6063铝合金的铸锻复合成形工艺参数优选为:130 MPa锻压力、4 s启锻时间和25 s保压时间。
 

The compound casting and forging process of aluminum alloy 6063 with different forging pressures, forging-starting time and holding time was carried out, and the mechanical property and wear resistance property at room temperature were tested and analyzed. The results show that with forging pressure increasing from 70 MPa to 150 MPa, forging-starting time increasing from 2 s to 6 s, and holding time increasing from 5 s to 35 s, the mechanical properties and wear resistance property of samples both increase first, and then decrease. Compared with forging pressure of 70 MPa, the tensile strength of alloy increases up by 42 MPa and the wear volume decreases by 18×10-3 mm3 when the forging pressure is 130 MPa. Compared with forging-starting time of 2 s, the tensile strength of alloy increases by 17 MPa, and the wear volume decreases by 7×10-3 mm3 when the forging-starting time is 6 s. However, compared with holding time of 5 s, the tensile strength increases by 29 MPa and the wear volume decreases by 13×10-3 mm3 when the holding time is 35 s. Finally, the optimal process parameters of the compound casting and forging of aluminum alloy 6063 are chosen as forging pressure of 130 MPa, forging-starting time of 4 s and holding time of 25 s.
