双面数控渐进成形中成形加工顺序对成形质量的影响分析

摘要:

 采用双面数控渐进成形对复杂形状板材件进行成形加工时,会存在多个工具头功能分配方案和成形加工顺序。以内含式双向凸起特征板材件为例,根据待成形特征的凸起方向的不同,提出两种成形加工顺序并生成出相应的走刀轨迹。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LSDYNA,对基于两种成形加工顺序的成形过程进行数值模拟,给出了数值模拟成形件的厚度分布,绘制出数值模拟成形件和设计件的轮廓曲线和偏差曲线,并分析了两种成形方案对成形精度的影响。有限元分析结果表明,不同的成形加工顺序对成形质量的影响不同,先正向后反向方案的轮廓尺寸精度较好,更接近设计件轮廓,通过合理设计成形加工顺序可以有效提高成形精度。

 When the complexshaped sheet metal parts were formed by the doublesided CNC incremental forming, there were multiple tool head function assignments and forming sequences. For the sheet metal parts with the embedded bidirectional convex features, according to the convex direction of the features to be formed, two kinds of forming sequence were proposed, and the corresponding tool paths were generated. Then, the forming processes based on the two forming sequences were simulated numerically by the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LSDYNA, and the thickness distribution of the formed part was given. Furthermore, the contour curve and the deviation curve of the formed part and the designed part were plotted, and the influences of the two forming schemes on the forming precisions were analyzed. The finite element analysis result shows that the different forming sequences have different influences on the forming quality, and the forming scheme of the first positive and then negative can obtain good contour accuracy, which is closer to the outline of the designed part. Thus, designing the reasonable forming sequence can improve the forming precisions effectively.
