汽车保险杠支座的成形分析及级进模设计

摘要:

 根据汽车保险杠支座的结构特点、成形难点和批量生产的要求,进行了多工位级进模的冲压成形分析,确定了工艺方案为冲导正孔—切外形—45°预弯曲+凹陷—90°直角弯曲—整形—冲孔—切断,并设计出8工位的排样方案。根据排样方案,对级进模和主要零部件进行了结构设计,凹模采用镶拼结构,降低加工和安装的难度,更好地保证了精度;凹陷部分采用双斜楔结构,实现凹陷部位的整形;此外,设计了浮动夹料装置,实现稳定送料,最终完成级进模设计。通过生产验证表明,该工艺方案能够成功冲制出符合精度要求的合格制件,并在级进模结构下满足高效率的批量生产。

 According to the structural characteristics of car bumper support, forming difficulties and requirements of mass production, the stamping analysis on multiposition progressive die was carried out, and an eightposition layout plan with punching hole-cutting shape -45°prebending and depression -90° right angle bending-sizing-punching-cutting off was determined. Then, the structural design of the progressive die and the main components were conducted, and the concave die adopted inlaid structure to reduce the difficulty of processing and installation and guarantee the accuracy better. However, the concave part adopted double oblique wedge structure to realize the shaping of concave part, and a floating clamping device was designed to achieve stable feeding.  Finally the progressive die design was completed. The production verification indicates that the process scheme can successfully manufacture the qualified part to meet the accuracy requirements and the requirement of highefficiency mass production based on the progressive die structure.
