摘要:

对320系列链板节的产品质量要求进行了简要说明,指出该产品的特殊性在于切边、冲孔时采用直切直冲工艺将部分加工余量切除,但切冲后会产生残留毛刺,为保证产品质量,需要增加打磨工序。采用对比试验和有限元模拟相结合的研究方法,确定了合理的模具选择及工艺设计方案。详细介绍了锻件在切除加工余量过程中产生残留毛刺的原因,并提出了多种改进方案,最终通过将断裂点上移3 mm的方式,实现了锻件在直切直冲后无残留毛刺,无需打磨,达到了提质增效的目的。该研究可以应用至其他需要将加工余量切除的产品中,且对普通切边、冲孔工艺具有一定的借鉴意义。
 

The quality requirements for 320 track link were introduced briefly, and its special requirement was pointed out that the partial machining allowance needed to be cut off by straight trimming and punching process when trimming and punching, but the residual burrs after trimming and punching would be produced. In order to ensure the quality of products, they needed to be grinded. Then, by means of comparison test and FE simulation, the proper die selection and process design scheme were determined, and the reasons that the residual burrs occurred during cutting off the machining allowance of forgings were introduced in detail. Furthermore, the various solutions were presented, and the forgings without residual burrs and no need of grinding after straight trimming and punching were produced to improve the quality and efficiency by moving up the break point by 3 mm. The results show that this theory can be applied to other products, whose machining allowance needs to be cut off, and it is a reference for ordinary trimming and punching process.
