后侧围内板模面精细化造型设计及模拟仿真

 以某车型后侧围内板为研究对象,分析其成形工艺,利用Autoform对其拉延模面进行快速造型和模拟仿真,预测了拉延过程中的开裂、过度减薄和起皱缺陷,之后结合成形结果和相关经验在NX内对模面进行精细化造型设计,然后对优化后的模面进行全工序模拟和回弹补偿。结果显示:经过精细化造型设计后的模面成功解决了拉延时开裂、过度减薄和起皱缺陷,回弹也由补偿得到了控制,其中最大减薄率由之前的0.405降至0.22,最大起皱系数由之前的0.11降至0.008,最大回弹值由之前的1.936 mm降至0.315 mm。最后进行了实冲试验,所得零件经检验合格,证明了模面精细化造型设计的有效性。

 For the rear side inner panel of an automobile, its forming process was analyzed, and the rapid modeling and simulation of drawing diesurface were conducted by Autoform to predict the cracking, excessive thinning and wrinkling defects in the drawing process. Then, the refined modeling design of dieface was built by NX with the result of forming and relevant experience, and the whole process simulation and springback compensation of optimized dieface were carried out. The results show that the dieface after refined modeling design successfully solves the drawing cracking, excessive thinning and wrinkling defects, and the springback is controlled by compensation. The maximum thinning rate is reduced from 0.405 to 0.22, the maximum wrinkle coefficient is reduced from 0.11 to 0.008, and the maximum springback is reduced from 1.936 mm to 0.315 mm. Finally, the stamping experiment is carried out, and the obtained parts are qualified which verifies the effectiveness of the refined modeling design of dieface.
