凹曲线翻边零件橡皮成形回弹补偿系统二次开发及试验验证

摘要:

橡皮成形是飞机钣金零件制造的一种重要成形工艺,为提高钣金零件成形的效率,对凹曲线翻边零件橡皮成形过程中产生的回弹问题进行了研究。首先,对新淬火状态下的2024-W铝合金板料进行材料试验,为回弹补偿系统和有限元模拟提供了材料本构关系;采用基于CATIA二次开发的曲线法平面截取法进行回弹补偿,在法平面内对弯曲圆角和弯边截面曲线进行补偿,生成新的补偿型面。最后,采用Pamstamp 2G有限元软件,对补偿后的模具进行有限元模拟。结果表明:成形压力越大,回弹角越小;在成形压力60 MPa时,零件回弹前后的角度偏差在1°以内,满足尺寸设计要求,验证了有限元模拟的可行性与回弹补偿系统的可靠性。

 

Rubber forming is an important forming process for the manufacture of aircraft sheet metal parts. In order to improve the rubber forming efficiency of sheet metal parts, the springback problem in the rubber forming of concave curve flanging part was researchedFirstlythe tensile test of 2024-W aluminum alloy sheet in the new quenched state was carried outand the material constitutive relations for springback compensation system and finite element simulation were provided. Then, the springback compensation was conducted by adopting the normal plane interception method based on CATIA secondary development, and the curved fillet and the flanging section curves in the normal plane were compensated to generate a new compensation profile. Finally, the compensated die was simulated by finite element software Pamstamp 2G. The results show that the springback angle decreases with the increasing of forming pressure. When the forming pressure is 60 MPa, the springback angle deviation before and after springback of part is within 1° which reaches the dimensional design requirements, and the feasibility of finite element simulation and the reliability of springback compensation system are verified.
