980QP先进高强钢的冲压成形工艺

选取具有较高强度等级的980QP钢,将其性能特点与传统的DP钢进行对比分析,结果显示:980QP钢的伸长率明显优于980DP钢,甚至优于较低强度等级的780DP钢。基于以上理论分析,在某车型中选取典型零件,分别对两种材质进行了冲压成形性分析和实际冲压生产验证。结果表明,980QP钢与相同强度等级的普通高强钢相比,伸长率提高了1倍左右,成形性能优良,甚至可与强度等级较低的590DP钢媲美;该验证结果与前述的理论分析结果基本吻合,证实980QP钢可用于制作有拉延工艺的、形状相对复杂的车身结构件;但同时,980QP钢的回弹现象更为严重,试冲件的回弹值远超过CAE分析值,需在前期的工艺分析和模具设计阶段重点关注。

 

980QP steel with higher strength grade was selected, and its performance characteristics were compared with the ordinary DP steel. The results show that the elongation of 980QP steel is obviously better than that of 980DP steel, even better than that of 780DP steel with lower strength grade. Based on the above theoretical analysis, the stamping formability analysis and actual stamping production verification of two kinds of materials were carried out by selecting typical parts of an automobile. The results show that compared with the ordinary high strength steel with the same strength grade, the elongation of 980QP steel is increased by about one time, and its formability is much better, even comparable to 590DP steel with lower strength grade. The validation results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis results mentioned above, and it is proved that 980QP steel can be used to produce automobile body structure parts with relatively complex shape which needs to be machined by drawing process. At the same time, the springback of 980QP steel is more serious, and the springback of test part is far more than that of CAE analysis, which should be paid more attention in the previous process analysis and die design.
