铁道车辆钩舌闭式模锻工艺的数值模拟研究

以铁道车辆钩舌为研究对象,制定了经自由锻制坯、一次预成形过渡的闭式模锻工艺。以刚粘塑性有限元法为基础,建立了钩舌闭式模锻的有限元模型,通过钩舌终锻过程的数值模拟,对钩舌闭式模锻过程中所产生的充不满、折叠等缺陷进行分析。以铁道车辆钩舌终锻成形过程中的各部分金属流动情况及各成形缺陷的位置、成因等为依据,对钩舌闭式模锻工艺进行优化调整。基于优化调整后的锻造工艺进行试验验证,并对终锻件进行成形误差分析。结果表明,终锻件的成形缺陷得到了有效控制,成形质量良好。对钩舌锻造工艺的改进结果理想,实现了铁道车辆钩舌闭式模锻工艺的无缺陷成形,可应用于实际生产。

For the railway vehicle knuckle, the closed die forging process including free forging and pre-forming was developed. Based on the rigid-viscoplastic finite element method, the finite element model of closed die forging for knuckle was established, and the insufficient filling and folding defects in the final forging process were analyzed by numerical simulation. Then, based on the metal flow and the location and cause of forming defects in various parts of railway vehicle knuckle during the final forging process, the closed die forging process of knuckle was optimized and adjusted. Furthermore, the experiments were conducted based on the optimized forging process, and the forming error of final forgings was analyzed. The results show that the forming defects of final forgings are effectively controlled, and the forming quality is good. Thus, the improvement of the forging process for railway vehicle knuckle is ideal, and the closed die forging process of railway vehicle knuckle without defects is realized, which can be applied to the practical production.
