双辊摆辗螺旋锥齿轮成形工艺参数优化

摘要:

 双辊摆辗螺旋锥齿轮时,工艺参数对螺旋锥齿轮的成形效果有重要影响。通过正交实验的方法,对双辊摆辗螺旋锥齿轮的工艺方案进行选择,运用DEFORM3D有限元分析软件,对所选择的正交实验方案进行模拟仿真,提取仿真分析数据,并对其进行极差分析,得到最优工艺参数组合为A3B2C1D2E3,即摆辗件初始温度为950 ℃,下模进给速度为2 mm·s-1,摩擦系数为0.2,双辊公转速度为75 r·min-1,坯料厚度为31.22 mm。对该工艺方案进行模拟与实验,所得实验结果与模拟优化所得结果一致,表明该工艺方案对3个实验指标有明显的提升,其中摆辗件与凹模接触面积提高了约43.9%,最大成形载荷由1827 kN减少至1358 kN,平均晶粒尺寸由58.2 μm减少至33.3 μm。

 When the spiral bevel gear is rolled rotatably by the double rollers, the process parameters have an important influence on forming effect of spiral bevel gear. Then, the process scheme of doubleroller rotary forging for spiral bevel gear was selected by the orthogonal test method, and the selected orthogonal test was simulated by finite element analysis software DEFORM3D. Furthermore, the simulation analysis data were extracted, and the range analysis was carried out.Finally the best process parameter combination of A3B2C1D2E3 is obtained, that is, the initial temperature of rotary rolling part is 950 ℃, the feeding speed of lower die is 2 mm·s-1, the friction coefficient is 0.2, the revolution speed of double rolls is 75 r·min-1, and the blank thickness is 31.22 mm. The obtained experimental results 

are consistent with the results obtained by simulation optimization. 〖JP2〗The simulation and experiment results show that the process scheme has obvious improvement on the three test indexes, namely, the contact area between rotary forging part and die is increased by about 43.9%, the maximum forming load is reduced from 1827 kN to 1358 kN, and the particle size is reduced from 58.2 μm to 33.3 μm.
