轻合金连续变截面构件的挤压成形模具设计

摘要:

 为获得连续变截面的轻合金细长构件达到从材料和结构同时对产品实现轻量化的目的,将挤压模具底部的挤出模口设计成由固定凹模和活动凹模组成的组合模口结构。根据材料变形过程中的体积不变定律,建立了活动凹模运动位置控制与挤压凸模运动位移之间的控制数学模型。利用挤压凸模的位移作为输入控制信号,通过电液伺服控制系统驱动活动凹模,对活动凹模的位置进行实时控制,连续改变挤压模具的模口截面尺寸,从而获得具有完整纤维组织的连续变截面细长构件。挤压实验表明,获得的连续变截面构件的轮廓形状与理论设计形状具有较高的吻合度。

 In order to manufacture light-alloy slender shape parts with continuous variable crosssection for the purpose of reducing product weight from both material and structure, the bottom orifice of extrusion mold was designed to be an assembly structure composed of a fixed die and a movable die. Then, the control mathematical model between the moving position control of the movable die and the moving displacement of the extrusion punch was established according to the volume constancy law in the process of metal extrusion. The position of movable die driven by an electro hydraulic servo system could be controlled in real time by using the displacement of extrusion punch as the input control signal, and the slender shape parts with continuous variable cross-section and complete metal fiber organization could be obtained by changing the size of orifice section in the extrusion die continuously. The results of extrusion experiment show that the contour shape of extruded parts with continuous variable crosssection is highly consistent with the shape of theoretical design.
