薄板冲压件跌落变形机理及控制措施

摘要:

薄板冲压件的跌落变形会引起零件尺寸偏差、表面缺陷等问题。对某车型翼子板零件进行跌落变形试验,分析跌落变形的方向、量值及稳定性。在此基础上,对跌落过程进行有限元模拟,分析跌落变形的机理及控制措施。研究结果表明:动态跌落过程中,零件几何特征急剧变化的区域会发生应力集中,导致局部的、微小的塑性变形;零件局部塑性变形后,弹性回复的过程十分重要,此过程会出现尺寸和表面缺陷问题。为减轻零件跌落变形影响,可采取降低跌落高度、调整跌落姿态及优化冲压件造型等措施。

 

 
The falling deformation of stamping parts can lead to dimension deviation and surface defects. Therefore, the falling deformation experiment of a fender part was carried out, and the direction, value and stability of falling deformation were analyzed. Based on the experiment, the falling process was simulated by FE, and the mechanism and control method of falling deformation were analyzed. The research results show that during the dynamic falling process, the stress concentration occurs in the areas where the geometrical features change sharply, which leads to local tiny plasticity deformation. After local plasticity deformation, the elastic recovery process is important, and the dimension problems and surface defects appear during the recovery process. In order to decrease the influence of falling deformation, the control methods can be taken, such as reducing the falling height, adjusting the falling posture and optimizing the stamping geometry.
