车身外造型关键区域分缝研究

摘要:

以车身外造型CAS为研究对象,重点研究CAS关键区域的不同分缝形式对冲压零件质量的影响。基于CAS的不同分缝方案数据,搭建相应侧围外板CAD产品数模,将侧围外板数模导入Autoform软件构建工艺方案模型,完成多工序冲压仿真分析。基于Autoform仿真的最终工艺方案,开发实体模具完成生产验证。对比Autoform预测与模具试冲结果,总结不同分缝形式的优劣,提出合理的分缝形式及其边界条件,避免因CAS分缝不合理而导致后期零件生产时产生质量问题,缩短模具设计及制造周期,降低车型开发成本,为新车型外型设计提供参考。

For CAS of car body exterior, the influences of different parting lines at CAS key areas on the quality of stamping parts were researched strongly, and the numerical model of CAD product for outer side panel was established based on CAS data of different parting line schemes. Then, the model of process scheme was established by importing data of outer side panel to software Autoform, and the multi-process stamping processes were simulated and analyzed. Base on the latest process scheme of Autoform simulation, the die of outer side panel was developed, produced and verified. Comparing the prediction of Autoform simulation and the result of die tryout, the advantages and disadvantages of different parting line methods were summarized, and the reasonable parting line and the boundary conditions were proposed. Thus, the quality problem of produced part at later stage caused by unreasonable CAS parting line was avoided, and the cycle times of design and manufacture were reduced to reduce the developed cost of vehicle type and provide the reference for shape design of new vehicle type.
