汽车尾灯安装加强件拉延成形工艺参数优化

摘要:
针对某汽车尾灯安装加强件在拉延成形过程中出现的起皱、开裂缺陷,设计了全包围式分段拉延筋和局部单段式拉延筋两种方案;为了更好地判断成形零件的开裂和起皱风险,以最大减薄率Y1和起皱趋势函数Y2为评价标准,使用中心复合试验和数值模拟结合的方法,建立相关的响应函数。通过多目标优化,获得了带局部单段式拉延筋的拉延成形方案最优工艺参数组合:拉延筋阻力系数分别为X1=0.14,X2=0.30, X3=0.32, X4=0.39, 压边力F=200 kN。以数值模拟和实际试模结果为参考,验证了以最大减薄率Y1和起皱趋势函数Y2为评价标准、以拉延筋系数和压边力为优化因素的多目标优化方法的有效性。通过拉延筋排布方案对比,采用局部单段式拉延筋不仅可以获得合格零件,同时还能降低模具开发的工作量。
For the wrinkling and cracking defects of an automobile taillight installation reinforcement during the drawing process, two schemes of full-enclosed sectional drawbeads and local single-section drawbeads were designed. In order to judge the risk of cracking and wrinkling of formed parts better, the maximum thinning rate (Y1) and the wrinkling trend function (Y2) were used as evaluation criteria, and the relevant response functions were established by the method of central composite test and numerical simulation. The optimized process parameters of drawing process with local single-section drawbeads were obtained by multi-objective optimization, namely, the resistance coefficients of drawbeads X1=0.14, X2=0.30,X3=0.32, X4=0.39, and the blank holder force F=200 kN. Then, the effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization method with the maximum thinning ratio (Y1) and wrinkle trend function (Y2) as evaluation criteria and the resistance coefficients of drawbeads and blank holder force as optimization factors was verified by numerical simulation and actual test results. By comparing the layout schemes of drawbeads, using the local single-section drawbeads not only obtains qualified parts, but also reduces the workload during the die development.
