摘要:

 根据卡爪零件的结构特点,对其进行了冲压工艺性能分析,提出了多工位级进模的冲压设计方案。制定了23工位的排样方案。为减小零件的弯曲回弹,将弯曲工位分解为多次弯曲和校形弯曲组合的形式。在排样设计方案中采用边侧载体,设置空位保证凸模和凹模镶块的强度以及实现零件在成形过程中变形量的合理分配。介绍了多工位级进模的总体结构,成形零件采用易于更换的镶块结构,采用导正销和卸料销进行导正和卸料,选择弹性承料销进行承料,步距设置为10 mm。生产实践表明:排样方案合理,模具结构灵活、可靠,产品质量良好,满足使用要求。

 According to the structural features of claw, its stamping process property was analyzed, and the stamping design scheme of multi-station progressive mold was presented. Then, the layout scheme with twenty-three stations was worked out, and the bending station was decomposed into a combination of multiple bending and bending correction to reduce the bending springback of part. Furthermore, the unilateral carrier was used in the layout design scheme, and the idle stations were designed to ensure the strength of punch and die insert and realize the reasonable distribution of deformation amount of part during the forming process. In addition, the overall structure of multi-station progressive mold was introduced, the forming part adopted an easy-to-replace insert structure, the guide pin and discharge pin were used for straighten and unloading, the elastic bearing pin was used for bearing, and the step distance was set to 10 mm. The production practice shows that the layout scheme is reasonable, the structure of mold is flexible and reliable, and the quality of product is favorable to meet the requirement of use.
