大扁豆花纹板轧辊孔型设计合理性评价及验证

摘要:

采用DEFORM有限元仿真软件对某大扁豆形花纹板轧制过程中材料的流动特点进行了分析,首次从理论上提出了花纹板轧辊孔型填充流畅度及成形后材料脱槽流畅度的判断依据,即采用材料受到的驱动力与摩擦阻力之差来表征花纹板孔型填充的流畅程度,采用材料出口驱动力分量与侧壁摩擦阻力之差来表征花纹板成形后脱槽的流畅程度,并根据该判据对大扁豆形花纹板材料的孔型填充流畅度及脱槽流畅度进行了评价。结果表明:材料填充孔型驱动力为271 MPa、脱槽驱动力为81328 MPa,均远大于0,足以驱动材料流畅填充孔型及脱槽。仿真分析结果表明:所设计的大扁豆花型孔型填充流畅、脱槽流畅。工业试验结果与仿真分析结果一致性较好,验证了所提出的流畅度判据的正确性。

By using the finite element simulation software DEFORM, the material flow characteristics of a large lentil-shaped checkered plate during rolling process were analyzed. For the first time, the criterion for judging the filling fluency of roll pass for checkered plate and the de-grooving fluency of material after formed was theoretically proposed. That is, the difference between the driving force and the friction resistance received by the material is used to characterize the roll pass filling fluency of lentil-shaped checkered plate, and the difference between the driving force component of material outlet and the friction resistance of side wall is used to characterize the fluency of de-grooving after the lentil-shaped checkered plate is formed. According to the criterion, the roll pass cavity filling fluency and de-grooving fluting fluency of the large lentil-shaped checkered plate material have been evaluated. The results show that the driving force for filling the cavity is 271 MPa, and the driving force for de-grooving is 81328 MPa, both of them are far greater than 0, which is enough to drive the material to smoothly fill the roll pass and de-groove. The simulation analysis results show that the roll pass of designed large lentil-shaped checkered plate is filled and de-grooved smoothly. The industrial test results are in good agreement with the simulation analysis results, which verifies the correctness of the proposed criterion.
