小型堆直流蒸汽发生器传热管工艺研究及质量控制

摘要:
针对小型堆直流蒸汽发生器,分析了其传热管的工艺过程。冷轧时,优化了冷轧工模具孔型的开口设计、孔型曲线设计及与之匹配的顶头变形段及定径段设计;TT处理时,控制温度在715 ℃、保温时间为5 h以上,以提高抗晶间腐蚀的能力;弯制时,采用反变形法和特殊的模具设计,确定模具的开槽高度为9.91 mm、反变形量为0.09 mm,以保证弯曲半径、椭圆度等在规定范围内。通过以上关键工序设计,对成品管的表面质量、内外部缺陷和理化性能等进行层层控制,并通过最终的无损检验、理化试验及功能性试验等保证各项性能指标满足相应要求。
For small-scale reactor once-through steam generator (OTSG), the process of heat transfer tube was analyzed. In cold rolling, the designs on opening of groove, groove curve and matching deformation section and sizing section of head in the cold-rolled mold were optimized, and in TT treatment, the temperature was controlled at 715 ℃ and the holding time was more than 5 h to improve the resistance to intergranular corrosion. During bending, the anti-deformation method and the special mold design were adopted to determine the mold groove height of 9.91 mm and the anti-deformation amount of 0.09 mm so as to ensure that the bending radius and ovality, etc. were within the specified range. Through the above design on key processes, the surface quality, internal and external defects and physical and chemical properties of finished pipe were controlled layer by layer, and the final non-destructive testing, physical and chemical test and functional test were carried out to ensure that all performance indexes met the corresponding requirements.
