预紧力对组合机身刚度的影响

摘要:

 为了研究不同预紧力对压力机组合机身刚度的影响规律,以宁波精达DCP200-190高速压力机组合机身为研究对象,应用SolidWorks建立三维模型,并将模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,根据其在工作过程中的受力特点,对组合机身添加负载及约束,对其进行静力学分析。分别取预紧力为1.01.52.0倍公称力,通过改变预紧力大小,得到不同预紧力下组合机身的变形量。结果表明,组合机身线刚度的最大值与最小值相差8%,因此,预紧力对线刚度的影响不明显,但组合机身的变形量最大差值为0.076 mm,预紧力对组合机身变形量的影响较大,从而影响下死点精度。因此,为了保证压力机下死点冲压精度要求,该组合机身预紧采用的液压缸压力必须保持稳定。

 In order to study the influences of different preloads on the combined fuselage of press, for the combined fuselage of high-speed press DCP200-190 made in Ningbo Jingda, its 3D model was established by SolidWorks and imported into ANSYS Work-bench, and loads and constraints were added to the fuselage according to the force characteristics in the working process. Then, the static analysis was carried out, taking the preload of 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 times of the nominal force respectively, the deformation amounts of fuselage under different preloads were obtained by changing the preload. The results show that the difference between the maximum and minimum line stiffnesses of fuselage is 8%, and the influence of preload on the linear stiffness is not obvious, but the maximum difference of the deformation amount for fuselage is 0.076 mm, it has a great influence on the deformation of combined fuselage so as to affect the accuracy of lower dead point. Therefore, in order to ensure the stamping accuracy of lower dead point for press, the hydraulic cylinder pressure used for the preload of combined fuselage must be stable.
