变截面薄壁复杂铝合金管件充液成形压力参数对零件成形的影响

摘要:

变截面薄壁复杂铝合金管件是飞机管路中的重要组成部分。通过有限元分析软件建立零件充液成形的有限元模型,采用单因素分析法,在给定轴向进给量、摩擦系数、终成形压力相同的条件下,成形相同的铝合金零件,并综合分析在预成形阶段加载不同的低压预成形压力以及在补料阶段加载不同的补料压力时,管坯与模具的相对位置及壁厚分布规律,来研究不同加载压力对最终零件成形效果的影响。在有限元模拟的基础上,对工艺试验中出现的零件起皱与破裂等失稳现象进行分析,并对不同阶段进行工艺优化,最终得到该零件的最优低压预成形压力为4 MPa、最优补料压力为14 MPa。根据优化参数最终制得合格零件,验证了优化参数的可行性。

The complex thin-walled aluminum alloy pipes with variable section are an important part of aircraft pipeline. Based on the finite element analysis software, the finite element model of part in hydroforming was established, and the same aluminum alloy parts were formed by the single factor analysis method under the same condition of giving axial feeding amount, friction coefficient and final forming pressure. Then, the influences of different loading pressures on the final forming effect of parts were studied by comprehensively analyzing the relative position of pipe billet and die and the distribution law of wall thickness when the different low-pressure pre-forming pressures were loaded in the pre-forming stage and the different feeding pressures were loaded in the feeding stage. Furthermore, on the basis of finite element simulation, the instability phenomena such as wrinkles and cracks of parts during the process test were analyzed, and the processes at different stages was optimized. Finally, the optimal low-pressure pre-forming pressure and the optimal feeding pressure of part were 4 MPa and 14 MPa respectively. Thus, according to the optimized parameters, the qualified parts were finally produced, which verified the feasibility of optimized parameters.
