汽车法兰带肩螺母多工位冷镦成形工艺试验

摘要:

 汽车法兰带肩螺母整体结构复杂且肩部壁厚较薄,成形困难。为满足零件批量生产的需求,依据塑性成形理论,初步设计了两种多工位冷镦成形工艺方案,并采用DEFORM-3D软件对两种工艺方案的成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了零件成形过程中等效应力、等效应变和工件损伤值的分布情况及成形力的变化规律。结果表明,设计的两种工艺方案均能生产法兰带肩螺母,填充饱满,无缩孔、折叠、开裂等缺陷,但工艺方案1中各工位的成形力大小分布更为均匀,且工件损伤值较小。经生产工艺试验验证,采用工艺方案1生产出的零件满足设计要求,通过对零件实际外形尺寸与模拟结果进行对比,误差均在合理范围内,验证了数值模拟结果与试模结果的一致性。

 The whole structure of automobile flange shoulder nut is complex and the wall thickness of shoulder is thinner, so it is difficult to form. In order to meet the needs of mass production for parts, based on the theory of plastic forming, two kinds of multi-station cold heading process schemes were preliminarily designed. Then, the forming processes of the two kinds of process schemes were simulated by software DEFORM-3D respectively, and the distribution conditions of equivalant stress,equivalant strain and damage value for workpiece,and the variation law of forming force in the forming process of part were analyzed. The results show that the flange shoulder nut can be produced by the two kinds of process schemes, which are full filled without shrinkage, folding, cracking and other defects. However, the forming force distribution of each station in process scheme 1 is more uniform, and the damage value of workpiece is smaller. The production process test shows that the parts produced by the process scheme 1 meet the design requirements. By comparing the actual overall dimensions of parts with the simulation results, the errors are within the reasonable range, which verifies the consistency between the numerical simulation and the test results.
