压下量对冷轧+退火态3Cr13不锈钢车板组织和力学性能的影响

摘要:

 选择厚度为4.2 mm的3Cr13不锈钢热轧板作为基材,对固溶处理试样依次进行了冷轧,冷轧压下量分别为60%与80%,使其厚度减小为1.61与1.22 mm,并升温至900~1050 ℃完成退火。测试了其显微组织结构与力学特性。研究结果表明:在固溶试样中形成了大量再结晶晶粒,大部分呈现等轴状形态,经冷轧后,等轴状形态的铁素体晶粒沿轧向伸长。逐渐增大冷轧压下量后,生成了更多细长晶粒。在冷轧组织内析出了少量黑色与浅白色组织,黑色颗粒成分为TiN,浅白色颗粒主要由Nb(C,N)构成。试样经过冷轧处理后获得了更大的拉伸强度与屈服强度,压下量为80%的试样拉伸强度为981 MPa、屈服强度为929 MPa、伸长率未超过1.2%、硬度为362.8 HV。逐渐增加退火时间后,冷轧试样中形成了更高比例的σ相,以900 ℃对80%冷轧试样进行退火时达到了最大增幅。以900 ℃退火更易促进σ相的形核与长大过程。

 Selecting the 3Cr13 stainless steel hot rolled plate with the thickness of 4.2 mm as the base material, the specimens after solution treatment were successively cold rolled with the reduction amounts of 60% and 70% to reduce their thicknesses to 1.61 and 1.22 mm and annealed at the temperature range of 900-1050 ℃, and its microstructure and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that many recrystallized grains are formed in the solution samples, most of which are in the form of equiaxed shape, and the ferrite grains in equiaxed-shaped state are elongated along the rolling direction after cold rolling. After gradually increasing the cold rolled reduction amount, more elongated grains are generated, and a small amount of black and light white structures are precipitated in the cold rolled structure. Among them, the black particles are composed of TiN, and the light white particles are mainly composed of Nb(C,N). Furthermore, the specimens obtain greater tensile strength and yield strength by cold rolling treatment, and the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of specimen with the reduction amount of 70% is 981 MPa, 929 MPa and 362.8 HV respectively as well as the elongation does not exceed 1.2%. After gradually increasing the annealing time, a higher proportion of σ phase is formed in the cold-rolled specimens, and the maximum increase is achieved when the 80% cold-rolled specimens are annealed at 900 ℃. Thus, the nucleation and growth of σ phase are promoted by the annealing at 900 ℃.
