改善17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb)锻件硬度的热处理精细化研究

 通过了解17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb)马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢的原材料特性,发现该不锈钢硬度值受热处理制度的影响极不稳定,仅仅通过固溶及时效处理不能完成马氏体的充分转变。为改善这种材料的锻件硬度值的不稳定性,通过对回火温度、冷却方式的调整,摸索了不同热处理制度影响锻件硬度值的规律。为减小17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb)钢原始状态对力学性能的影响,还尝试在淬火与回火热处理工序之间增加一道中间热处理,旨在消除原来不良的组织结构,使合金元素的均匀化分布、细化奥氏体晶粒。对17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb)钢的沉淀硬化原理进行深入分析,发现了17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb)钢热处理工艺的最佳改进方法,即在1040 ℃淬火并空冷,再经580 ℃回火并空冷后,锻件硬度值能够达到3338 HRC的要求。

 By understanding the raw material characteristics of 17-4PH (0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb) martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel, it was found that the hardness value of the stainless steel is extremely unstable due to the heat treatment system, and it could not complete full transformation of martensite only by taking soild solution and aging treatment. In order to improve the unstability of forgings hardness value for this material, the law of different heat treatment systems affecting the hardness value of forgings was explored by adjusting the tempering temperature and cooling method. In order to reduce the impact on the mechanical properties caused by the original state of 17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb) steel, an intermediate heat treatment was also attempted to be added between quenching and tempering processes to eilminate the original poor structures, homogenize the alloy elements and refine the austenite grain. The best improvement method for the heat treatment process of 17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb) steel was found by in-depth analysis of the precipitation hardening principle for 17-4PH(0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb) steel, that is, after quenching at 1040 ℃ and air cooling, then after tempering at 580 ℃ and air cooling,the hardness value of forgings can reach the requirement of 33-38 HRC.
