基于刚性弧形辊的三维曲面柔性轧制技术及实验研究

摘要:

为了实现三维曲面零部件的连续、高效加工,提出了一种新型柔性成形方法——基于刚性弧形辊的三维曲面柔性轧制,该技术采用母线为弧线的刚性辊作为成形工具,通过调整上、下轧辊之间的间距形成具有一定分布规律的压下量,板料通过旋转的轧辊时沿轧制方向和宽度方向同时产生塑性变形,从而实现连续的曲面成形。阐述了该成形方法的研究意义和基本原理,开发了柔性轧制实验装置,并进行了球面形和马鞍形等不同形状的曲面件的成形实验,得到了良好的成形件。通过实验验证了基于刚性弧形辊的三维曲面柔性轧制成形过程的稳定性,证明了仅使用一对轧辊即可获得多种不同曲率半径和不同形状的曲面件,为进一步开展实用化研究奠定了基础。

In order to achieve continuous and efficient processing of three-dimensional (3D) curved surface parts, a new type of flexible forming method, namely 3D curved surface flexible rolling based on rigid arc-shaped rollers, was proposed, which adopted rigid rollers with arc busbars as the forming tools, and by adjusting the distance between upper and lower rollers to form the reduction with a certain distribution law, the sheet metal was plastically deformed simultaneously along the rolling and transverse directions when passing through the rotating rollers so as to realize the continuous curved surface forming. Then, the research significance and basic principles of this forming method were described, and a flexible rolling experimental device was developed. Besides, the forming tests of curved surface parts with different shapes such as spherical and saddle shapes were carried out, and the forming parts with good surface quality were obtained. The experimental results verify the stability of 3D curved surface flexible rolling process based on rigid arc-shaped rollers and prove that many curved surface parts with different curvature radii and shapes can be obtained only using a pair of rollers, which lays a foundation for further practical research.
