Abstract:
On the condition of the same dimension between physical section in plane strain extrusion and meridian section in axisymmetric extrusion and the same friction,this paper discusses the relationship of the unit deformation force between them by use of slip line?finite element method and experiment. It shows that the unit deformation force between them is numerical range,and is relation to relative density,extrusion ratio,friction and materials.
