Abstract:

There afe many nonlinear constraints ofdynamics. kinematics. metal plasticity anddefects in ring rolling process, Conventional process planning method can't meet these requirements atthe same time. A coneept of synthetical rolled region is proposed in this paper, and the solving method to the region is also discussed. It is very convenient to determine the radial and axial reduct ranges by this method. It can not only ensure the rolling process, but also avoid fish-tail defects, It is useful to practical production.
