Abstract:
3D numerical model of the automobile′s covering part was built by CAD software Pro/E,meanwhile,addendum surfaces and blank holding surfaces were created,then the numerical model was transformed into FEM model in CAE sofrware DYNAFORM.By simulating in DYNAFORM,the influences of the factors,such as the friction coefficient,die clearance and material parameter′s n and r,on stamping formability were studied.The results show that these parameters have significant influence on the sheet's flow and the stamping result.
