Abstract:
Main distributor's hydraulic servomotor is one of major parts for 300MN die forging hydraulic press.Its dynamics response characteristic can affect operation performance of the hydraulic press.With the transfer function method,dynamics model of main distributor's hydraulic servomotor was established,and was simulated by Simulink Toolbox of MATLAB software.Simulation result shows that response lag time of piston speed in hydraulic servomotor is about 1s,and reaches new steady state value after oscillating within some time,dynamics response performance of piston speed is improved with increasing inlet oil reservoir volume,and when hydraulic system is assembled,inlet oil reservoir volume should be adjusted in order to improve dynamics response performance of the system.
