Abstract:
The problem of energy system design existed in screw presses driven by servo switched reluctance motor with numerical control. According to the motor power output in double-apices triangle, the calculation method of the power of the servo switched reluctance motor with numerical control was proposed. The design and calculation formula of total rotation inertia equivalent to motor axis were explained. The design data of the energy system for the 2.5-100MN equipments were given. Indicated by the experiment and the application, the method solves the problem of the energy system design of the equipment, and has an important effect on the equipment manufacture.
