Abstract:
The moulding new process of rotary forging in one heat of ring flange in rear tractor-semiaxis was studied and a tri-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element model was built. The moulding process of blank as well as heat transfer and dissipation of workpiece in process were simulated and analyzed by Deform-3D. The stress, strain and strain's distribution in different transmuted stages of the workpiece were analyzed, the moulding rules of rotary forging in one heat and the effects on mental form due to changing of temperature field in one heat were discussed. The results of the temperature field simulation show that there are no hardening and other conditions during the flange forging process.
