Abstract:
As to the large work-piece with complicated curves, the traditional measurement apparatus are incapable to realize the whole size measurement. In view of the need of 3D rapid measuring in auto die and mould foam model, the principle of 3D optical measuring system was analyzed, the XJTUDP 3D optical measuring system was developed, and the convenience and practice of this system were also verified by amount of measuring tests. Experiment results show that the relative accuracy of the "XJTUDP" 3D optical point measuring system is about 1/60000 to 1/150000,and the absolute accuracy of the "XJTUOM" 3D optical area scan measuring system is 0.03mm. They can meet the requirement of measurement on large scale auto dies on the aspects of accuracy, speed and efficiency.
